Peter Worsfold was appointed as development manager to the West Coast Eagles in early 2007. An accomplished player in his own right, Worsfold played 31 games with Brisbane (1991-93) and 156 with South Fremantle where he was premiership captain in 1997. He also is the longest serving Captain of the South Fremantle Football Club. Peter’s role is now Manager – Leadership and Professional Development and he is responsible for developing programs which maximise the personal and professional individual development of the West Coast Eagles squad in order to reach its full potential. With a direct focus on leadership, Peter co-ordinates leadership programs and facilitates the development of leadership groups within the football club. Before taking this role, Peter worked in the liquor industry for a Global company called DIAGEO in senior management as well as holding the position of high performance coach. Peter is completing an MBA with Deakin University.
