Booking and Payment Policy

Combined Bookings for more than one school/organisation or for more than one event are not permitted.
Payment can be made on receipt of tax invoice. Please note payment after the event date will incur a $10 late fee.

Early Bird Discount of $4 off per ticket (student tickets only) closes on 29th September 2012. To qualify for this discount booking must be received before that date. This will be strictly enforced.

Large Group Discount - Once student ticket $$ reaches $1,400, price is capped until the 50th student. That's up to $1,550 saving!! If you take advantage of this offer, no other discount will apply. The Large Group Discount is only available to bookings from a single school. To ensure this, all Large Group Discount tickets must be collected on the day. *For groups 50+, call us for a quote!

Due date for payment is approximately fourteen(14) days from the time of booking.
Additional tickets can be purchased at any time subject to availability.
Amendments to bookings must be received in writing, via fax or email. Phone bookings and changes will not be taken.
Seating is by general admission.

Closing Date for bookings is seven(7) days before the event date or when the venue is full.
Tickets will be posted out 1-2 weeks before the event. If they are not there the day before the event then contact the Halogen Foundation Office to arrange pick up at the door.

Cancellation of tickets may be made before 5pm on the date shown on the Statement/Tax Invoice. This will be seven(7) days before the event. All bookings shown on the statement after that date can not be refunded, and/or must be paid for. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA FAX OR EMAIL.
Cheques are to be made payable to "Halogen Foundation Ltd".
Student names are not required for booking.
Fun at The National Young Leaders Days is compulsory.
